"Sarah began her career in the beauty industry in 1997 and has worn many hats along the way - from hair color educator to sales manager for leading hair care brands. Over the years, she’s discovered that her true passion lies in creating meaningful connections with guests and ensuring every visit to the salon is an exceptional experience.
Although she no longer works behind the chair, Sarah is a familiar face in the salon nearly every day - training front desk teams, chatting with guests, and keeping the salon fully stocked with the products everyone loves. A self-proclaimed hair-product junkie, she always knows the next must-have item.
