They came up with a solution to address the often overlooked aspect of booking an appointment, find your perfect stylist! Kati and her team have matched over half a million guests with their perfect beauty provider. Doing so with a software designed to create the perfect match! Salons that work with MYA have found their retention numbers skyrocketing and overall guest satisfaction improving.

After getting to know the company more, we knew that this tool would be valuable in getting to know the salon service as well as finding ways to give our guests a truly customized experience.

Designed to get an overall idea of who you are, the quiz combines insights into your personality, your expectations for a stylist relationship, and the type of service experience you desire. You'll encounter questions ranging from personal hobbies, preferred love language, and style descriptions to the current state of your hair.

We ask these different questions because we truly believe each reservation is more than a transaction - it's an opportunity for human connection. Our commitment is to ensure you find a stylist who not only delivers amazing results, but is also someone you genuinely enjoy coming to see. At the end of the quiz, your data is is compiled and analyzed to show three stylist matches. From this point, you can dive into their bios to select the professional who will best fulfill your expectations of your experience.
